One of the simplest and highest impact dishes visually to make is a beautiful crudités for guests. Depending on the season the availability of certain vegetables like purple romanesco is challenging but switch that out for what is being grown locally. I love the idea of the vegetables placed in a simple wood box and the dressing should be placed inside a carved out pepper. Enjoy!
